Josh Allen’s Paul Bunyanesque arm strength is what makes him the most intriguing boom or bust quarterbacks in this year’s draft. Today during quarterback drills at the NFL Combine, Allen confirmed that he can, indeed, throw it a damn mile.
Throwing go routes from the 10, Allen effortlessly chucked some 65-yard bombs, hitting his receivers perfectly in stride. He clearly had arm to spare. Arm strength doesn’t necessarily translate to NFL success, but it’s fun to watch. J.T. Barrett drew the short straw and had to follow this up.
