Carson Wentz is done for the year with a torn ACL, but the season ending injury didn’t immediately end his day.
After suffering the tear on a negated TD run, Wentz proved his North Dakota badassedness by staying in the game and tossing his single season franchise record 33rd TD pass on a red zone strike to Alshon Jeffrey.
Wentz came up gingerly on the knee after the play, which would end up being his last of the season. Your Super Bowl hopes may be done for this season Philly fans but at least you have John Wayne at quarterback for the next decade.
