If you’re a fan and want to heckle an opposing player, it’s a good idea not to target arguably the best player in baseball.
Yesterday in Cincinnati, one Reds fan tried to get in a dig at Nationals star Bryce Harper by yelling ‘overrated’ before an at-bat in the top of the 9th. Harper, who had already homered once on the day, blasted his second of the game on a no-doubt blast to shut the fan up. The bomb ended up being the difference in Washington’s 6-5 win.
Watch this fan heckling fail for the ages.
