It seems like every pro athlete nowadays is all over social media, but not if Browns defensive end Carl Nassib has his way.

During last night’s season premiere of Hard Knocks, Nassib was shown trying to convince his teammates that spending time on Twitter and The Gram is a giant waste of time. He calculated that just two hours on social media a day adds up to an entire month spent scrolling through timelines each year. Good luck with that.

Nassib obviously has an uphill battle on his hands, but he does have a point.

Carl Nassib is 1,000 percent spot on, yet I know I’ll still find myself scrolling through my twitter timeline for probably close to 2 hours a day 🤦🏻‍♂️ pic.twitter.com/wh5itP9rYG
