No one is happier that NFL commissioner Roger Goodell has agreed to relax the league’s celebration rules more than Antonio Brown. The Steelers’ All-Pro wideout was hit with several fines for illegal post-touchdown dancing last season, but things are looking up.
Today, Brown and Goodell cut a joint video statement to officially announce the dawn of the new era of player celebrations.
