Kevin Durant’s upcoming offseason free agency decision could reshape the NBA balance of power if he decides to bolt from winning title with the Warriors to prove he can win a championship on his own.

Colin has repeatedly said that Durant leaving Golden State would be a huge mistake, but yesterday, Bay Area based Bleacher Report Senior NBA Writer Ric Bucher stopped by the show and was adamant that Durant is as good as gone because he doesn’t feel like he’s getting his just due. The likely destination for Durant is reportedly the Knicks.

Buchs explain why:

“From everything I’ve heard, it’s done. Yes, he’s leaving… If he so much as gets [the Knicks] into the Conference Finals, he will be beloved there like he never has been at Golden State after 2 Championships.”@RicBucher on Kevin Durant’s free agency pic.twitter.com/eCHgKQxKTF
