The Raiders are run like a bad restaurant
Antonio Brown’s fight with the NFL to wear his recently banned helmet continues to drag on, and yesterday a visibly annoyed Oakland GM Mike Mayock spoke to reporters and gave an ultimatum for Brown to be “all in or all out.”
Colin thinks the Brown saga is the latest example of Jon Gruden’s rudderless leadership, and inability to stick to anything resembling a plan since taking over. Gruden got rid of Khalil Mack and Amari Cooper for supposed cap reasons, and overdrafted ‘character guys’ to build the roster. Acquiring Brown wasn’t only expensive, but he’s also a bad locker room guy. The Raiders are like a bad restaurants that you can tell is going to be out of business two seconds after walking in. Oakland isn’t going out of business, they’re just relocating to Vegas.
