SB pressure’s all on Kansas City
The Chiefs are slightly favored over the Niners, but the pressure heading into the game is all on Kansas City for other reasons. Andy Reid’s quest to win his first Lombardi trophy after countless failures and collapses is obviously the first, and this could be the most loaded team he’ll ever have with a stacked roster thanks to Mahomes still getting paid under his rookie deal. Unfortunately for Reid, there’s no definition of success that doesn’t involve winning it all. The Niners, on the other hand, are playing with house money. Kyle Shanhan doesn’t have anywhere close to Reid’s pressure to win, and his core roster should remain mostly intact to make more runs in the future thanks to the now team friendly Jimmy G deal. The pressure factor may not be the difference in the game, but there’s no denying it’s looming.
-Jimmy G’s not a game manager
-Giants golden draft ticket
-Still questions about LaFleur
-LeBron still doesn’t feel like a Laker
