Westbrook isn’t built for the Playoffs
Russell Westbrook looks like he’s headed for his third opening round playoff exit in three years after an abysmal 5-21 shooting performance in the Thunder’s crucial Game 4 first round loss to Dame Lillard and Portland.
Colin has taken heat for being a vocal critic of Westbrook from the fawning NBA media and fans, but it’s hard to argue that he’s wrong as “Mr. Triple Double” melts down in the postseason again. At this point, it’s clear that Westbrook isn’t built for the playoffs because of his unwillingness to adapt his game, and he’s now a liability to the franchise because he’s scheduled to make around $40 million over the next three seasons. It will only all get worse.
