Aaron Rodgers’ comeback drama is the perfect playoff story line for the NFL
The Packers officially announced that Aaron Rodgers will start in Week 15 after suffering a broken collarbone against the Vikings in Week 6, and Colin thinks he deserves a ton of credit for being all-in, in an age where many players would have packed it in for the rest of the year with the same injury.
A home stretch of the NFL season and playoffs with Rodgers included makes for a more compelling overall NFL product, even if it doesn’t have a storybook Super Bowl ending.
Rodgers’ return is going to be a must watch.
Kristaps Porzingis might be the 3rd best NBA player to build a franchise around
The Knicks finally have some hope for the first time since the late 90’s, and it’s mostly because of 7’3’’ unicorn Kristaps Porzingis.
Colin wasn’t sure what to make of Porzingis when he entered the league, but Porzingis can shoot, he’s aggressive, can put it on the floor, and is a legit 7-footer. After LeBron and Durant, Colin thinks Porzingis might be the third best current NBA player to build a franchise around.
Phil Jackson made countless mistakes during his disaster tenure as Knicks President, but drafting Porzingis was a home run.
