Philly Collapse Hurt Dak’s Leverage

Philly collapse hurt Dak’s leverage

The never ending Dak Prescott contract saga remains unresolved and Colin thinks Prescott and the Cowboys’ week 16 collapse in Philly was an eye opener that hurt his leverage heading into the offseason. Dak had a career statistical year in 2019, but Colin would rate him no better than the 13th QB in the league today. As far as paying him, the astronomical $40 million that was being thrown around earlier in the season seems too high. Especially when the last image Jerry Jones has is of his team not showing up with a chance to save a lost season against an injury decimated Eagles team.
