Luck Won’t Be The Last QB To Walk Away

Colin reacts to Andrew Luck’s bombshell retirement

Andrew Luck shocked the sports world when news broke that he would retire from the NFL at 29. Luck has always been a favorite of Colin’s, who thinks that walking into the dysfunctional Colts organization and taking a world class beating in his early NFL years contributed to the myriad of injuries that forced him to call it quits.

The Luck news is shocking. but follows a trend in the NFL of players walking away from the game rather than being dragged off the field. He may be the first high profile QB to walk away before 30, but he won’t be the last to do it in this new era of the NFL.
