Lincoln Riley will eventually coach the Cowboys
Like seemingly every year, rumblings about Jason Garrett’s job security with the Cowboys are starting as his team has fallen flat after a hot start. Colin thinks Garrett is good enough as a head coach, but thinks Jerry Jones has his eyes on a longer term play in Oklahoma’s Lincoln Riley. Colin sees Riley’s genius as seamlessly translating to the NFL and thinks the now year round recruiting grind wears out college coaches. For Riley, like McVay, the NFL is nothing but football, 24/7. Riley to Dallas will happen, even if it takes another year or two.
