LeBron has no shot at a title in year one with the Lakers
LeBron made his Laker debut at media day yesterday, and Colin was struck by how young his new supporting cast is, in addition to the veteran group of castoffs. He thinks people need to lower their expectations in LeBron’s first year because he has no shot at winning a title. Realistically, making the playoffs would be a huge achievement.
Year two will be the year when James may be able to make a run if he can convince one or more big time names, like Kevin Durant, to join him.
Big Ben saves the dysfunctional Steelers, once again
The Steelers have been a circus to start the NFL season, but managed to get a win in Tampa on Monday night, led by a monster game from Big Ben.
Roethlisberger has been saving Pittsburgh for years, and covering up the chaos by continuing to win games. The Steelers are undisciplined, disorganized, but they are talented, and have a chance while they have Big Ben.
