Laugh at LaVar Ball now, but he’ll have the last laugh
It’s become fashionable to crush LaVar Ball over his outrageous comments about his kids. Most recently, Ball said the price tag to sign his son Lonzo to an endorment deal would be $1 billion. Colin says that people may not be laughing for long if Lonzo gets drafted by the Lakers and can turnaround the franchise.
Colin thinks it’s easy to crush LaVar Ball in our pile on culture, but he respects that Ball has lofty dreams and ambition. Except for Ball’s comments that he could beat Michael Jordan in one-on-one. That’s just dumb.
“Don’t let people crush your dreams.”
Ezekiel Elliott should be fined or suspended for pulling down a woman’s shirt
Cowboys rookie running back Ezekiel Elliott is in more hot water off the field after pulling down a woman’s shirt and exposing her breasts while carousing at a St. Patrick’s Day Party.
It’s not the first incident of bad judgement and decision making by Elliott, and Colin thinks Elliott has a lack of self awareness and should be fined or supended, or both. He also feels the message from owner Jerry Jones from his antics is that it’s okay to play and party hard.
“Ezekiel Elliott made a really poor decision. He should be suspended, or fined, or both.”
