Jimmy G has been a steal for the Niners

The Niners franchise went all in with Jimmy Garoppolo when they pried him away from the Patriots, but many didn’t think Jimmy G had earned the investment since he only played a handful of games in New England. Colin loved the deal for the Niners at the time, and never bought the experience argument against Garoppolo since unproven rookies take over teams every year with less experience. Now the Niners have home field advantage throughout the playoffs, and Jimmy G under a team-friendly, long term deal that has allowed them to build a top roster. This deal has been a steal for San Francisco, and keeps getting sweeter as QB price tags keep going up.
