Gottlieb in for Colin:

Zion should play for Duke if healthy

The debate on Zion Williamson’s future has been raging ever since a freak shoe blowout almost caused a Level 5 injury scare. Some, like Colin, say Zion should shut it down at Duke and wait for the draft, but Gottlieb thinks Williamson, if healthy, should finish out the season and Duke and try to win a national title.

Doug thinks that Zion could have gone straight to the G-league or overseas if he wanted to get paid before entering the NBA. He chose to go to Duke for a reason, to play basketball. That’s what he should do if he’s ready to go.
