Gottlieb in for Colin:

LeBron makes the Lakers everyone’s biggest game

LeBron and the Lakers are the most talked about team in the NBA heading into the season, and Gottlieb thinks some of the younger supporting cast will have to adjust to more than just playing with LeBron.

Gottlieb thinks the biggest challenge for the Lakers will be preparing to be the biggest game on everyone’s schedule, even in the dog days of the regular season. LeBron is used to it, but how his teammates react will determine the outcome of the King’s first season in L.A.

Also:

– Dez would be bad for the Browns’ culture change

– Eagles should respect the Pats more after defending their title

Guests:

Nick Wright – Host of First Thing’s First joins the show to talk to explain why Baker Mayfield will sit longer than most people think, and why Carmelo isn’t the defensive liability he’s made out to be.

Rob Parker – FS1 Analyst is in-studio on why the Patriots decline will come quickly when it happens.

Greg Jennings – FS1 NFL Analyst is in-studio on Dez potentially joining the Browns, and if he can still be effective.
