Dak Prescott looks average next to Carson Wentz
The Eagles destroyed the shorthanded Cowboys yesterday, and after watching young franchise quarterbacks Dak Prescott and Carson Wentz, side by side, he’s more confident than ever that Wentz is in another class than Dak.
Prescott is undeniably a franchise QB, but without Ezekiel Elliott to lean on, he’s struggled to carry Dallas to W’s. Wentz, on the other hand, continues to look like a superstar who can carry the Eagles to the Super Bowl.
Colin likes Prescott, but he looks average next to Wentz.
Out on Baker Mayfield as an NFL franchise QB
Baker Mayfield more drew viral attention this weekend when he grabbed his crotch and talked trash to Kansas fans. The incident is the latest of a number of off-field distractions, and as far as Colin is concerned, he thinks Mayfield has too many maturity issues to successfully lead an NFL franchise.
Colin likes NFL QB’s to have the emotional maturity to weather the ups and downs of the NFL season, and Mayfield’s antics are a arecipe for disaster in the NFL. Mayfield is easily going to be the most polarizing quarterback in this year’s draft class. Those that like Mayfield see some Favre, Colin sees too much Manziel. He’s out on Mayfield as an NFL franchise QB.
