Brady and Belichick have lasted because they have the same wiring
Despite a season uncharacteristically filled with drama, Tom Brady and Bill Belichick made it to their 8th Super Bowl together, and will try to beat the Eagles to win their 6th Super Bowl. The most shocking thing isn’t that there is tension between the two, but that they have manged to co-exist for almost 20 years of excellence.
Colin believes the key to the duo’s success is that they are essentially wired the same in terms of their legendarily obsessive personalities regarding preparation and grinding. The similarities are evident to anyone who has watched Tom vs. Time and The Two Bills. They’re basically the same documentary.
Russell Westbrook doesn’t deserve heat for shoving idiot fan
Colin has frequently criticized Russell Westbrook’s on court play, but he defended him today after some in the media were killing him for shoving a fan who confronted him on the court after a loss to Denver, last night.
Westbrook doesn’t deserve to catch grief for the incident. This one is on the idiot fan, and the NBA for not having security measures in place to prevent the guy from getting onto the floor in the first place.
