Boring Russell Wilson better than flashy Mahomes
Russell Wilson led the Seahawks to a huge home win over Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs, who is the odds on favorite to win the MVP. Mahomes has been the darling of the NFL media and fans because of his Favre-like throws and eye-popping stats, but last night showed that in a big game Wilson is the QB who makes the winning plays when the game is on the line and the stage is the biggest. Mahomes is now 0-4 in his biggest games of the year.
Wilson is old news, and not as flashy as Mahomes, but he’s still the better quarterback, even if he was left off the Pro bowl roster.
