Baker Mayfield doesn’t have NFL franchise QB judgment
Many of the NFL Draft experts are all in on Baker Mayfield, and seemingly have him going higher and higher in each new mock draft.
Colin thinks Mayfield is too immature for an NFL GM to risk taking with a high first round pick because of his history of bush league on-field behavior, and off-field red flags that include a video of him running from the cops.
Judgment is one of the most important characteristics for an NFL franchise quarterback, and Mayfield hasn’t shown he can handle getting the keys to a billion dollar NFL franchise, based on his own actions.
Hard to buy that Mark Cuban wasn’t aware of toxic Mavs’ culture
The details about a prolonged pattern of sexual harassment in the Mavericks’ organization have painted an ugly picture about the culture created by Mark Cuban. Cuban says he was completely unaware of the incidents described in the article, but Colin finds that hard to believe.
Even if Cuban has become more focused on other business ventures and less with the day-to-day operations of the team, it’s tough to buy that he hadn’t heard something, especially when many of allegations center around the team’s former CEO.
