Baker Can’t Have It Both Ways On Winning

Baker can’t have it both ways on winning

Baker Mayfield made headlines, again, with comments in a GQ interview where he questioned the Giants picking Daniel Jones with the 6th overall because he didn’t win at Duke. Colin thinks bashing Jones for not winning at a mediocre football program like Duke is ridiculous, because it ignores context, and Baker won at Oklahoma in college, where literally every QB wins. He also thinks Mayfield hasn’t earned enough NFL cred to talk since he’s 6-7 with a 1-5 record against playoff teams. It’s probably better to not light these fires, but that’s clearly not going to happen.
