Arguing Dak Prescott should have slid instead of scored against the Packers is idiotic
At the end of the Cowboys’ game against Green Bay, Dak Prescott capped off a 17-play drive with a touchdown run to give Dallas the lead with just over a minute to go. Aaron Rodgers marched proceeded to march the Packers down the field for the game winning score, and immediately after, the Monday morning quarterbacks argued that instead of scoring, Prescott should have slid to bleed the clock down and give Rodgers less time.
Colin thinks the criticism is moronic, and those arguing he slid need to lay off the Madden, and realize that in the real NFL, when you can score, you score. Dak did the right thing
Young NFL QB grades
Today, Colin handed out his grades for all the young quarterbacks in the NFL, including Carson Wentz, Jared Goff, Deshaun Watson, Dak Prescott and Mitchell Trubisky.
He thinks they all have bright NFL futures, but believes Wentz is the best of the bunch and was the only one to receive an A grade. It’s still too early to tell with Trubisky because it’s too small of a sample size, and until he gets an offensive minded head coach, we’ll never know his true potential.
