AB trade proves Gruden doesn’t have a plan

Jon Gruden pulled the trigger on a blockbuster trade that brings the talented and toxic Antonio Brown to Oakland for a 3rd and a 5th round pick. Colin doesn’t think Gruden gave up to much to get Brown, but the move itself proves he never had a “master plan” when he took over and is content to freestyle the Oakland rebuild with whatever talent or deals might come up.

Even if Brown works, this lack of a blueprint will make it hard for Gruden to build a consistent winner.
