Putting a Live In-Game Mic on Christian Hackenberg During Awful AAF Debut Produces Profanity

Christian Hackenberg is trying to impress in the AAF after flaming out in the NFL, but yesterday wasn’t the day for that to happen. Hackenberg was a painful 10-23 for a scant 87 yards in a 26-0 loss to Birmingham. He was also mic’d up for the live national TV broadcast, and was not a happy man.

Hackenberg was off all day, taking beating and was caught on the live mic letting out a GD and an F bomb. It’s really not his fault if the network wants air an unedited live mic feed on a QB that’s getting steamrolled. You don’t have to be Tony Romo to see this coming.

As stated above, it was a loooong day for the former 2nd rounder, here’s some of the lowlights and the announcers apologizing for Hackenberg’s GD after a 3 and out. (1:09)
