LeBron and the Cavs are set to face the Warriors in the Finals for the fourth consecutive year, and come in as one of the biggest underdogs in Finals history. If Cleveland loses, as most expect, the focus of the entire NBA media and fans will immediately switch to 24/7 LeBron watch, and his next decision to either stay in Cleveland, or head to a more ready-made title team.

FS1 NBA Insider Chris Broussard joined The Herd today, and told Colin that he fully expects LeBron to leave and join a team that gives him a chance to add more championships to his career resume in an attempt to close the gap on Michael Jordan in the race for NBA G.O.A.T. status.

Broussard thinks LeBron joining Ben Simmons and Joel Embiid in Philly is a no-brainer because he can stay in the weaker East and all but guarantee multiple trips to the Finals. If LeBron picks the Lakers, it would be a clear sign that his decision is more about lifestyle and business than about winning rings. Broussard doesn’t see it happening.
