The Baltimore Ravens have released K Justin Tucker claiming football reasons despite the NFL investigation into allegations of inappropriate conduct with 16 different massage therapists. Dan wonders if the allegations are the reason for Tucker’s recent struggles on the field and whether those allegations will ultimately affect his chances of being elected to the Pro Football Hall of Fame once he becomes eligible.
Dan Patrick: “If you’re a team, can you pick (Justin Tucker) up right now with all of this? Like, what is the upside? You might be getting somebody who can return to his Hall of Fame form? What happens in five years, six years when he’s eligible for the Hall of Fame? How do the voters sort this out? You’re not supposed to factor in stuff off the field, but you do. I think that’s the human nature part of this.”
