Colin: Cleveland didn’t have a “good run” with LeBron, they blew it

LeBron is a Laker, and the Cavs are headed back to irrelevance for the foreseeable future. Unlike his first exit, many Cavs fans have been grateful to James for bringing a title to the championship starved, hard-luck city, but Colin thinks their run with James should have been a lot better.

In 11 seasons with the best player on the planet, the Cavs were only able to win one title. Miami and Pat Riley won 2 in only 4 years during their run with LeBron. Ultimately, James time in Cleveland won’t be remembered for the title he won, it will be remembered for dysfunction caused by a petty owner and a front office that mostly failed to provide James with the supporting cast he deserved. The one competent GM they did have, David Griffin, they fired because they wanted to go on the cheap during the most crucial part of the offseason.

Some will say it was “a good run” with LeBron, but Colin thinks Cleveland screwed it up like they always do, in everything.
