Kyrie Irving made headlines today after revealing that he called LeBron James after a frustrating loss to Orlando to apologize for not understanding everything that leading an NBA franchise required when the two were teammates.

FS1 NBA Insider Chris Broussard stopped by The Herd today to discuss Kyrie’s surprising mea culpa, and explain why a Kyrie/LeBron reunion with the Lakers would make sense for both of them.

The odds of the two reuniting as Lakers are still pretty long, but if Kyrie wants to ditch the whole franchise leader thing and just show up and ball out like he did in Cleveland, it could work.
