Karma made an appearance in order to again prove its existence during last night’s WBO European super lightweight title fight between Sabri Sediri and Sam Maxwell in England, and it’s as delicious as ever.

Sediri was comfortably up on all judge scorecards with the only seconds remaining until the final bell and a W. That’s when he tempted the gods by letting his guard down and taunting Maxwell in an attempt to rub it in. It seemed like a good idea until Maxwell shocked Sediri with a combo that sent him down for the count.

Sediri lost the fight, and it’s got to hurt 100 times worse knowing that he literally gave it away by being a jackass. This is brutal, or hilarious depending on your life perspective.

Woooooow! 😳

Sam Maxwell was losing and being taunted by his opponent all fight and then did this with 10 second to go!
