Belichick Obsessing Over Why the Stadium Roof Was Still Open Before Super Bowl Kickoff is Classic

Bill Belichick is known for obsessing over every minor detail while preparing his game plan, and that obsession extended to when the roof at Mercedes-Benz Stadium would be closed before kickoff of Super Bowl LIII.

Bill wasn’t happy about the roof being open because it presented a wind factor that he had not accounted for in his mental super computer, and the Zebra explained that the NFL planned to time its closing with the exact moment of the kickoff. Belichick wasn’t thrilled, but quickly developed a contingency plan to kickoff with the wind just in case.

This is the football equivalent of Larry David in Curb Your Enthusiasm and is the perfect representation of the way mind of The Genius works.
