Social media went into full meltdown when the news broke that Boogie Cousins was signing with Golden State. Portland guard C.J. McCollum was among those that weren’t fans of the Warriors continued deck stacking, and had Kevin Durant on the latest episode of his podcast to have it out over Boogie and the Warriors overall NBA dominance.

Durant was having none of the player hating, and fought off laughter while flat out telling McCollum that the Blazers have no shot to win a title. KD suggested C.J. is better off not worrying about what’s going on at the top of the league and roasted him with another dig about Portland being an 8-seed. It was all in good fun, but still, ouch.

This interview turned out a lot like a Blazers/Warriors playoff series.
