Mayweather/McGregor was the center of the sports universe on Saturday night. All the stars were out. Even though the event wasn’t sold out, the cheaper seats were still listed in excess of $3,000, the more expensive tickets were six-figures. That’s fine if you’re Jamie Foxx, but not if you’re Joe Six Pack.
While most people would see an insurmountable obstacle, Simon Wils saw an opportunity to sneak into the fight with a plan that would make Danny Ocean proud. He also filmed the entire thing.
It isn’t his first rodeo, he has a history of sneaking into big events, but nothing with security this tight. He cooked up a plan, breezed past the T-mobile Center rent-a-cops, and ended up talking his way into a prime $100,000 seat.
He filmed the whole thing, and it’s incredible how easy he made it look. He even ends up chatting up Floyd Mayweather, Sr. after the fight.
