LeBron James, Jr., or “Bronny,” is already the top-ranked 12-year-old basketball player in the nation – yes, they rank 12 year-olds. He’s the beneficiary of a genetic windfall, and has had access to the finest athletic facilities, and all that comes with being the King’s kid. It’s similar to how Ken Griffey, Jr. grew up. Kind of a scary thought for the rest of the pre-pubescent hoopsters out there.
LeBron posted a video to his Instagram account of Bronny stepping up and effortlessly dropping a half-court shot while messing around at the Q after the Cavs game last night.
Yep, it looks like everything is coming along according to plan. Can’t wait to watch him at Kentucky.
For those saying “What’s the big deal? Any kid can hit a half-court shot.” Don’t be stupid.
Jr. is going to be the most polished, and coveted college prospect since his pops. It’s not some outrageous hot-take to say this kid has a better than average chance to play in the NBA.
Check out Bronny dominating some game action. He definitely inherited the passing gene and the King’s court-vision. It’s not like he’ll be getting worse. He looks like he’s grown about 6-inches since this video, too. He’s not going to be small.
