Headlining minor leaguers Tim Tebow and Vladimir Guerrero, Jr. faced off during last night’s Double-A game between the Binghamton Rumble Ponies and the New Hampshire Fisher Cats, and both smashed home runs.
Tebow has been struggling with the Rumble Ponies, but managed to crush a 3-run , opposite field homer over the left field wall for a brief break from his career long slump.
Tim Tebow just hit an opposite field three-run home run in the bottom of the second inning against the @FisherCats. His second @RumblePoniesBB blast of the season. #LetsRumble pic.twitter.com/3f6cCzXq9Q

Then it was Guerrero’s turn to launch. He showed Tebow the difference between former Heisman winner power and top prospect in baseball power by smashing a laser beam shot over the same left field wall. Sorry, Timmy, little Vlad wins this home run derby.
