We admittedly don’t know much about rugby, but can still appreciate an incredible run when we see it. During a World Rugby 7’s tournament game between the U.S. and Fiji, American Perry Baker flashed some game breaking ability with a 130-yard run that was reminiscent of an electrifying Devin Hester punt return TD, only longer.
After getting the pitch at his own goal line, Baker juked 3 initial defenders before burning the remaining 4 on his way to the house (?) and as good a try as you’re likely to see.
With no live football action until college spring practice, this run will at least get you a small fix.
Even for Perry Baker this is nuts. pic.twitter.com/i1eBLThTGR
