Pittsburgh’s Sidney Crosby and Nashville’s P.K. Subban have already developed a healthy hatred for each other in these NHL Stanley Cup Finals. Earlier in the series Subban divulged that Crosby had even accused him of having bad breath.
Last night, in Pittsburgh’s 6-0 Game 5 win, the two got into it again after going down to the ice behind the Pittsburgh net. Crosby offered Subban a hand by mashing his face into the ice like he was trying to open a coconut. Subban eventually made it to his feet and got Crosby in a headlock. Both were given minor penalties.
The hate is strong with these two. Crosby is the best player in the world, but he also has a deserved rep as a cheap shot artist.
