It looks like Rob Gronkowski’s rehab from his season-ending back surgery appears to be coming along fine. Gronk may not have played in the Patriots Super Bowl win over the Falcons, but you’re damn straight he showed up for the parade.
He was in mid-off season form during the Pats victory lap through the city of Boston today.
Maybe he didn’t make any plays in the big game, but he made an incredible one-handed catch on a beer thrown from the parade crowd. He cracked the brew, pounded it, and then gave it a vicious Gronk spike off the parade float. Now that’s a fairy tale ending to a season.
Enjoy your 917th professional sports championship parade Boston! You never know when you’ll get a chance to see this again. Well, probably next year.
