Peyton Manning was given the honor of driving the pace car at the Daytona 500, and decided to play it safe by going with the fundamentals and a by the book 10 and 2 grip on the wheel.
Alex Bowman in the 88 Nationwide car got briefly fed up with Manning driving like a grandpa and pulled up alongside the pace car to rev his engines to rattle his cage. Not on the Sheriff’s watch.
Watch Peyton’s first time on the track with the professional left turn takers. A responsible driver is a good driver.
