The Rams drilled the Colts, 46-9, in the most dominating performance of NFL Week 1. As good as L.A. was, the Colts, led by career backup Scott Tolzein, would have been lucky to beat the Saskatchewan Rough Riders yesterday.
In the postgame press conference, Indy head coach Chuck Pagano admitted his team got whooped, and gave credit to the Niners for the beating. Uh, Chuck, small problem, you got beat by the Rams.
Maybe Pagano was still shell shocked, but to be fair, they probably wouldn’t have beat San Fran either. Nothing went right for Indy on Sunday, including this.
