Usain Bolt may be the fastest man on Earth, but let’s see what he’s up to in his 90’s.
99-year-old Orville Rodgers is widely regarded as the Usain Bolt of nonagenarians, and he recently defended his rep against 92-year-old upstart Dixon Hemphill in a 100 meter dash for the ages at an amateur track meet.
The action isn’t best described as fast moving, but Rodgers out ran the reaper to cross the tape first in 18 seconds flat.
Hemphill was hugely disappointed with the loss, but it may be hard to attempt a comeback at 92.
