As euphoric as UCLA fans were last night after their stunning 34-point comeback win over Texas A&M, Aggies fans were equally dejected, and angry over head coach Kevin Sumlin kicking away what looked like a sure win.
Among those calling for Sumlin’s firing was a person who could actually make it happpen, A&M regent, and Texas attorney, Tony Buzbee.
Buzbee unleashed a Facebook tirade following the L, and called for an immediate end to the Sumlin era. Even though he’s only one vote, he said he’s ready to pull the trigger on canning the coach right now.
Here’s the post. Buzbee doesn’t hold back. If A&M continues to disappoint, it won’t be long before Sumlin is shown the door.
