There’s a new Splash Brother cruising around the East Bay in style this morning. Last night the Warriors held a fan contest where the participant has to make four three-pointers in 30 seconds to win a new car.
A Dubs fan named Evan stepped up to take the challenge and proceeded to put on as clutch of a shooting display as you’ll ever see from a fan at an NBA game.
Evan shocked the crowd by burying his first three shots to put the whip within his grasp. Great balance. Good rhythm. Nice release.
He struggled after that, but willed in the final bucket with less than 10 seconds on the clock to win the new ride. They could have used him in Game 7.
Evan from Oakland. Honorary Splash Brother.
