NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport is reporting that the Texans fear superstar rookie quarterback Deshaun Watson suffered a non-contact torn ACL during the team’s practice, today. They’re awaiting the results of an MRI to confirm the initial diagnosis.

Watson’s injury comes less than a week after his best performance as a pro when he passed for over 400 yards and 4 touchdowns against the Seahawks. He’s also currently tied for the NFL lead with 19 touchdown passes. Just an awful break for Houston if this is true.
