Ole Miss is the dirtiest program in America
Colin has been saying it for years. Ole Miss is crooked. He’s heard plenty of reliable information over time from plenty of well-connected sources about dirty recruiting tactics in Oxford.
Hard evidence to the corruption appeared in the form of text messages between Ole Miss coaches and top Draft pick Laremy Tunsil, which were posted to his hacked Twitter account before last year’s NFL Draft.
Yesterday, the NCAA announced 8 new violations against Mississippi, in addition to 13 it already faced. It also faces lack of institutional control charges. In response, Mississippi announced a self-imposed a bowl ban in an attempt to lessen their eventual punishment. Not gonna happen.
“Ole Miss. The biggest cheaters in college football. There’s no second place.”
Don’t be scared, Danny Ainge
The trade deadline expires today, and the Celtics have a treasure trove of assets, but the word in NBA circles is that Boston GM Danny Ainge is hesitant to part with versatile swingman Jae Crowder. Colin thinks Jae Crowder is a nice player, but if you can move him in a package for Paul George or Jimmy Butler.
Teams are hesitant to trade for George because he only has one year left on his contract and could potentially walk. Colin thinks you worry about that later and get the star. If he experiences a winning culture and making a run at LeBron in the East, he’ll stay.
The Celtics not making a move feels like negotiating from a position of weakness, and what’s the point of hoarding assets if you don’t want to move them for an “A” player.
“You’re not beating LeBron with Jae Crowder. Roll the dice. Get Paul George. “
