The Miami Dolphins are holding their collective breath as they wait to find out the severity of a left leg injury suffered by starting quarterback Ryan Tannehill at their practice this morning.
Tannehill went down with a non-contact injury to his left leg on a scramble while running plays against the Dolphin D. He injured his left knee against Arizona in a Week 14 game last year.
Even though no official statement on the injury has been given, the initial reaction from teammates seemed to indicate they are preparing for the worst.
Here’s a clip of the play where it happened.

I’m told the Dolphins are hoping for the best (obviously) after Tannehill is examined but same source tells me team fearing the worst.
