The police report from the Jupiter Police Department, detailing the specifics of Tiger Woods arrest for DUI early Monday morning states that Woods was asleep at the wheel when police approached his 2015 black Mercedes-Benz. According to the report, the brake light was on and the left turn signal was blinking.
The report further states that Woods speech was “extremely slow and slurred, mumbled and confused.” Woods failed all of the administered field sobriety tests, including the “walk and turn,” “one leg stand,” “finger to nose,” and the “Romberg Alphabet.”
The report describes Woods behavior as, “Cooperative as much as possible, extremely sleepy, hard to keep eyes open, hard to walk.”
The results of the alcohol breathalyzer test show Woods had no alcohol in his system. He blew a 0.00. This supports Woods assertion from his public statement that he was not drinking and the arrest was a result of a combination of prescription drugs.
