Cubs fever has taken over Chicago. Cubs World Series tickets have become the Chicago sports equivalent of Willy Wonka’s Golden Ticket. Desperate times call for desperate measures, and some desperate, but dedicated, Cubs fans are getting creative in their pursuit of the holy grail of Windy City sports tickets.
Baby’s Cheesesteak, a restaurant in Orland Park, Illinois, has posted a proposal on their Facebook page that they hope is too delicious to refuse.
The restaurant has extended the offer of two free sandwiches everyday for life in exchange for a pair of lower level tickets for a World Series game at Wrigley Field.
So far there haven’t been any takers, but check back at lunch. Cheesesteaks are delicious.
